Building on travis yields other output #3

When building on travis the links to assets are made absolute while locally this doesn't happen?

Can it have something to do with the relativizer?

Dug some more into this, can reproduce this locally when output of Sass:Rack is deleted.

[EDIT] Ordering problem, relativizer is ran before Sass, see output of: https://travis-ci.org/CMDA/sss-course/builds/42462067
