Multilingual input support (2 of 5) for labels #178

While recording labels, we should give a provision for users to create labels in multiple language script i.e. when we are storing string, we should store in universaal format? What should we do to support multiple languages ?

We should save the selected language along with the label. Related #206

We need to finalise the procedure for translating during search. This is to be discussed and decided.
