The new deployment have to offer three options to deploy the EDC + IONOS S3 Exension:

with PostgreSQLaaS (which is the default mode);
with a PostgreSQL container also deployed on the IONOS K8S;
without a PostgreSQL. With this option, the description information should have a WARNING MESSAGE;
