Currently lawyer list is embedded in the code. Investigate a way for client to update without editing code (eg: Airtable or a Sharepoint list)

This is in #6. I've marked it as complete as this is not an obstacle to getting v1.0 out.

We could use a global DAStore and a separate interview that shows the list of lawyers and allows them to be edited.

We could limit access to specific accounts (using the login feature). This means the client needs to have an account on our server but that's also the case for Airtable. Whatever option we settle on, the client needs an account that has the required permissions to avoid unauthorised access.
