Added APA documents and a section to the thesis tutorial #116

Added two additional thesis documents:

HgbThesisDE-APA
HgbThesisEN-APA

These have the apa option enabled and contain short introductions on using the necessary citation macros.

Additionally, HgbThesisTutorial contains a section about APA that has basically the same content but needs to simulate APA since the main style is still numeric-comp.
