SOV Map image manipulation #29

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Select Sov Maps from Menu
  2. Once map loads, use two fingers to zoom image.
  3. Map zooms, then snaps back to un-zoomed and is no longer manipulatable.

Reloading map does not reset this. Reloading app just resets issues to start.

Note: Both Sov maps, Daily Sov Map and Coalition Sov Map have same error

Did you tap on the Tab after it locks? There is a reset program that should fire if you tap on the selected tab a second time.
