Probably should have made these separate PRs...

Renames AnnotationInteraction, SlideshowInteraction to Annotation and Slideshow
- See issue #70
- This is a breaking API change, but this PR fixes old API on master (outstanding branches may become out of date)
moves the player prefab to Framework/Prairie Player.prefab
- See issue #71

That's two of us, so I'm gonna merge this in now before starting to work on some annotation stuff
