Area annotations #88

Small GUI in lower left corner to display annotations in range, and number keys interact with the annotations (in the order they appear).

Updated with the changes that I requested of @mjavaly, and added some error messages and QuickFix (TM) warnings and buttons when area annotations without colliders are detected.

I noticed while testing out the toolbars new sizing code that a lot of our GUI doesn't react well to the screen size changing. I'll create separate issues for those.
