@MelissaMc20 can you provide more details here in the issue description? Is this just a link, a button, a field? Is it subscribing to blog posts, or to some other newsletter?

Note - there already is a "subscribe" button, which should subscribe people to get notifications of new posts.

Moving back to in progress because I'm not sure if this has been plumbed in and tested.

This is not needed for now.
