What? Why?

Closes #242

The current Privacy Policy document redirects to a sharedassets.org.uk page that 404s.

A link has been added to a privacy policy PDF that opens in a new tab.

In the future the privacy policy could be given its own page / modal.

What should we test?

• On the login page (/auth) on the LX app, click the 'register new account' link.
• Once on the register page click the privacy policy link, situated below the account type buttons.
• Ensure this opens the /privacy-policy.pdf document in a new tab

Re implementation: would it be better to link to the pdf on the GDrive rather than on localhost? On GDRive anyone can update (eg to remove the highlighted bits), whereas on localhost updating is a little more involved. @King-Mob @ms0ur1s thoughts?
