What? Why?

Closes #313

Designs from #309 implemented within the UI.

Relevant styles created for markers, pop-ups and toggle
Dynamic styles added based on dataGroup title
Marker icons and copy to icons replaced with font awesome equivalents, allowing the colour to be dictated by styles
Dynamic colours applied to lines a polys using mapbox expressions
Toggle added to datagroup markers
Missing import added so copy to layer function (within pop-up) now works

What should we test?

Toggle the Resilient Green Spaces data layers and check marker, pop-up, line and poly colours.
Check existing map layer functionality (existing map markers, polys not included in RSG etc, and adding new markers etc).

Testing notes:

Lines, markers and polys render in the correct colour for their allocated data group.
Changing the hex code in the DB changes the colour for the group
The markers/lines/polys + the group toggle + the description box all render in the correct colours
Removing the hex code returns a group to the default colour
Other lines/markers/polys behave as before and as usual
Tried a range of colours to figure out what works and what will not for the UG

Everything appears to work exactly as expected. Great work @ms0ur1s and @rogup!
