[CWM] Add Co-ops UK Open Data to CWM

Description

Add the Coops UK open data to the CWM. This spreadsheet lists all the datasets and their source files

This will involve:

• normalising the data
• merging and pushing the data to live

Acceptance Criteria

• Coops UK Open Data is live on the CWM

Takes ages to make the final RDF generation step, this needs investigation.

No data appearing when we filter by it's data source. But plenty there if we filter by country United Kingdom, so it's probably not a filter issue. Again connected to https://github.com/DigitalCommons/mykomap/issues/275 ?
