Review contents of myko-map about boxes #156

Go through all myko-map instances and identify any updates required. Note required changes here to pass to developers.

Potential issues:

Change references from
- sea-map to myko-map.
- Solidarity Economy Association to DigitalCommons
Check that any hyperlinks point to something relevant to that map.
Check that internationalised maps have correct language in supported languages.
