Clicking on an initiative in the sidebar should activate its pop-up

To replicate:

• load map
• open the sidebar and select "Energy"
• The map should zoom and pan to show those initiative with this category, and a panel should open listing the initiatives by name
• Click on an initiative in the panel
• The initiative marker's pop-up should open

What actually happens: nothing.

I've checked the behaviour for the Solidarity Oxford site, it does have this function.

It does centre it in the view and the tool tip does appear, so at least it does draw the user to its location. Dropping priority of the bug.

The latest tidying and refactoring of the code appears to have fixed this bug magically - clocking on an initiative now opens the pop-up. I'm not sure what fixed it?
