Evaluate pushing builds to the prod server

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We haven't pushed anything to the production server for an age.

Describe the solution you'd like Evaluate what steps are needed to start pushing new versions to the production server. Test with Co-ops UK Map.

Additional context Behaviour of maps should be identical. Only difference should be in location of data (at https://prod.lod.coop/coops-uk rather than https://dev.lod.coop/coops-uk)

On thing this would need is localised filter drop-down titles (case in point the recent ICA prod push which was rolled back) Issues related to that are:

Maybe these would be needed for maps which use an ad-hoc vocab field for the directory or a filter:

Potentially another case to mention: obo-public includes but can't display "Nature of Organisation" as a filter, until support for ad-hoc vocabs is added. (#201)

That's not a regression though, so not something to hold back push to prod.
