[Workers.coop] Add link to and prepopulate workers.coop form #247

Please track against the clockify project [Workers.coop]

Description

Identify what url parameters need to be added to the workers.coop form which is used for public updating of information on co-operatives.

Need to clarify if more need to be sent than the UI for the co-op in question.

OPEN ISSUE How is the lat/long edited?

Acceptance Criteria

A link appears on the dialog of a random selection of co-ops The links take you to the page on the workers,coop site. The form has all the data visible on the dialog in the form.

"..I have a form in place on our site, that can accept a contact ID from the map and pre-populate the data so that a submitter can review/edit and sumbit a change request. The form is visible at https://www.workers.coop/help-us-improve-our-data/

Once I have the final issue resolved and tested I’ll update Nick with details about how it knits in with the map - I need to include an additional field in the data export so that the map database can store that and pass it back to the form."

As

  1. we ended up doing the propopulation on the CiviCRM side
  2. the idea of sending a hash was dropped,
  3. and the idea of editing the lat long has been dropped for now, we can close this issue,
