Which OSG version are you using ?

It is version 2.8.3, but it should work with the newest (as far as know). If 
you have a certain problem please clarify what it is then I might be able to 
help you.

osgGA/MatrixManipulator is now osgGA::CameraManipulator

2.8.4 is the current stable release. As I understand it the 
osgGA::CameraManipulator is on the unstable version of OSG.

We are using 2.8.3 (2.8.4 should is currently the stable version).

so for the time being this will not be fixed before a stable version from OSG 
2.9 is out.
