Noticed during usability testing that the wizard steps are not always clear. It could be could to add some more context to some of the parts. What is a call to action? how many tags should I upload

This could be a little '?' icon (or maybe little DexRex) that is clickable to get some more info about the step that your on. Could also be some more clear descriptions that are visible from the start.
