To make things a little more standard, we're going to slightly change the way version numbers are created. Currently we use MAJOR_VERSION.MINOR_VERSION.BUILD_NUMBER. A more standard way is to use MAJOR_VERSION.MINOR_VERSION.PATCH_VERSION+BUILD_NUMBER. That's what we're moving to.
