Punctuation Fix to Emily Carr.md #207

Switch the question marks to commas in the line of "The use of a new medium ? oil on paper ? allowed her greater freedom to work outdoors. " and a several unnecessary space.

This is great @yianxiong , can you also remove hte leading > at hte beginning of hte main paragraphs? right now they display as quotes.
