Delete cpu record and fix typo in moments #679

Delete the CPU record option (michael). This implies:

The input queue is always on GPU
The raw view queue is always on GPU
Delete the InputQueueLocation, RawViewQueueLocation, RecordOnGPU

Fix some issue with moments:

When settings moments recording and not selecting a moment the app crash
When in moments record but not actually recording, moments are calculated (so useless since not used after)
