Pointing to URLs for manuscripts #24

Mastronarde and Tarrant write:

(Manuscript Description): With a view to the future of the availability of manuscript images on the internet (and the exploitation of the recently-developed International Image Interoperability Framework), it would be desirable to have as part of the manuscript description an optional pointer to the location of images of a manuscript. Note that such a pointer is provided in the reference for a book in the bibliography if it has a URL.

This has been added in a section called "Linking to Digital Records of Manuscripts."
