Actual Organism scale should be function of age #48

Organisms should grow over time. We can already accomplish partially by allowing the scale for the organism to be a function of the age that we already track.

The idea is that you could interpolate between Age=0 and some max age. But how do you decide what that value is? Options include:

Keeping track of a population's mean life expectancy.
Just making it a slider for now
Making xml config, or hard-coding yet another thing
