Problem with Set or Transform

For the past few DPLA ingests, Islandora has basically crashed because of thumbnail workflows from DPLA.

To combat this, add IIIF manifests for all Islandora objects and generate thumbnails from the manifests instead of calling Islandora directly.

In our current repository, we do not have a IIIF presentation API manifest. While Cantaloupe provides an image API, we can not currently contribute manifests to DPLA.
