Title

Title- Nothing is real anyway

Short paragraph for context (what you will do) or if you are offering to be a part of the collective & join other projects, what you can offer etc.

I'd ideally like to do something with the Tilt brush and potentially adding artworks from the tate into new environments. I would also like to look at doing some projection mapping of what's going on within Vive onto the walls. I can work with other people on this who have skills in mapping, vive and photogrammetry.

How will the public get involved (invited participants, targeted audiences i.e schools, groups)

I would love to work with young people on this if possible, to help young people see the future of art and technology working together and to potentially inspire kids who are not normally interested in art. I believe London Connected Learning Centre may be good for this?

Type of event it is (workshop, intervention, gathering, performance etc)

I would like to be able to get the kids to collaborate to create a new environment for famous pieces of artwork, or to even recreate them.. for instance putting Edvard Munch the Scream into a newly painted Tilt version of Starry Night, Van Gogh. I would then like to fill a space with what is seen, by using projection mapping.

Key words to help identify themes

Please ensure your proposal responds/relates to most of the below Tate Exchange Principles :

How is art making a difference to peoples lives and society?

  1. Inspire diverse audiences locally, nationally and internationally with new ways of engaging with Tate’s collection and art more broadly
  2. Invite and enable the audience to become collaborators in helping shape the programme, activities and outcomes.
  3. Embody the values of openness, generosity, risk and trust
  4. Make a connection to the annual Tate Exchange theme: Exchange
  5. Explore new ways of thinking about art, society, the museum and its changing relation to the public
