Problematic Links in SI and Other Files #20

@brookestewart has observed an ongoing problem with web URLs to particular archives containing illegal characters. We're sketching out a working process to replace these URLs with bit.ly links

This bit.ly link points to an archive at Yale U. of Mitford's papers numbered Gen MSS 32, so we've tried to incorporate all the distinctive information about the page into the bit.ly identifier link: Examples: http://bit.ly/YaleMitford_GenMSS32_Guide

We should make a list here of standard archive identifiers that we can use throughout the project for bit.ly links as they are necessary.
