Not acknowledged KYC issue #18678

I submitted a KYC request form 4 days ago using the account 318722499661 and it hasn't been acknowledged what so ever. Please do something

Thank you for submitting your KYC request. Unfortunately, your title format is incorrect. You should use a format like "Request GitHub KYC-Your User Name." (No spaces in between-, e.g. Request GitHub KYC-example) Without this format, we cannot approve your request, and we will close this issue. Please resubmit with the correct format. Thank you!
