Delete tokens in your npm account and enable 2FA. #911

Because of the recent eslint compromise which downloads malware that steals your npm tokens we should delete any npm tokens in your npm account and make sure anyone with atlas publishing abilities has 2 factor auth turned on and has a strong password.
