An alternative dashboard that features:

No fixed bounds on the humidity graph scale (was 0-100%)
Current "big stat" panels on the right ignore Grafana time window and always get latest value
New "big stat" panels on the left with average reading over time window
Added row for pressure (bmp280). Data was already being gathered and stored.

As this hasn't attracted any review comments in 6 weeks, but there has been external demand for these features, I'm merging this without approval.

Tested a fresh build on our reference hardware setup. Works as expected, new dashboard displayed.
