Addresses #25

Consistent spelling policy. Since we're developing this in Britain for use in Australia, that should be en-GB.

Things I am delibaratly not changing:

LICENCE. It's from an international template.
function kwargs eg serialize=False oft seen in the BigAutoField migrations. Changing these could break something. Otherwise, most of the remaining Zs are in zone, zero or size.
color and center. British spelling is generally not accepted in the CSS standards.
Math. A library.

If anyone spots any more, please comment.

Note to self: never use caps in branch names. Github is case sensitive but VSCode is not - clone, switch, edit, commit, push created a new branch (in all lower case)
