Formalising the repository and release structure to develop this into a Shoestring Starter Solution.

This is the first formal release, but v1 was retrospectively assigned to "the old inventory management" (branch archive/2023InventoryManagement, from which this is barely recognisable). v2.0.0 was retrospectively assigned to 35f56e7eb8bb9eb289866c75e5b4ee7d7feb3a26 , which was the head of the default branch stable between Apr 10 until Jun 13 2024.

Target release date 26/04/24

I've been naughty and pushed this through myself in the name of speed. Tested on Pi5.
