A minor QoL suggestion - When adding new Identifiers, could the value field be moved to the bottom, in order to enourage the user to fill this last?

The use case is is a user fills this field with a barcode scanner, by scanning the barcode. When the solution is in use, they may want CRLF after scan enabled. If return is pressed while typing in the identifiers menu, the save button in the bottom right if effectively clicked and the add identifier menu closes. This can be done before setting the Target but the user may not notice this has not been done.
