Add basic dashboard #5

Adds a copy of Live (Individual) dashboard, cut down to core parameters (current, apparent power, active power) Removes voltage, frequency, power factor, reactive power.

In non-advanced setups, there will otherwise be many panels that permanently display NO DATA.

The new dashboard looks like this: image

There's an argument to go further and remove real power - does anything other than apparent power have significance?

I've removed the Restrict updates flag in the ruleset (see it was set below) to allow me to push to this branch again. image I've now added a starting command to the readme - is that what is required?
