Add a link to analysis artifacts

When a job produces a file, we should have a link to such files from the HistomicsTK interface.

There are two components to this:

• Tracking any girder resource accessed by the job. The job has a job-specific access token, so it might be possible to detect when the access token is used and log the resource and whether it was read/created/modified.

  • As a subtask, annotations that are uploaded as files and get converted to database records, so we want to know which annotations were created as a direct effect of the job.

• A new UI. This has some UI design that has been done in Figma. This would list all of the accessed resources in Girder. Ideally, there are previews and links for any resource where that makes sense.
