More Metadata Plot Options

The metadata plot panel plots any discoverable plottable data. It would be nice to have some additional features:

• [ ] Optionally show image thumbnails in the hover box (also make annotation thumbnails optional?)
• [ ] Options to change the color scale
• [ ] Test with large annotations (both front and backend)
• [ ] Reconstruct folder/item level annotation bounding box to annotation id correspondence
• [ ] Improve documentation
• [ ] More tests
• [ ] Colors on the plot reflected on annotations
• [ ] TSNE/umap clustering of selected data
• [ ] Multiples of multiple violin plots
• [ ] Some method to open another image when a graph point comes from that adjacent image
• [ ] Pan and zoom to the bounding box of the current graph point. Possibly related to the previous item.
• [ ] Show a graph point based on the annotation under the cursor on the image
• [ ] Read adjacent dataframe files within an item / folder
• [ ] Presets
