Simplify use of layouts and markdown #105

This PR will remove unnecessary layouts and use markdown instead of building all pages in front matter (this approach was only intended for the homepage).

@jtomeck ok thanks. now if i want to make full page color to grey (#f7f7f7) how can i do it? if i am adding color in markdown file. its only adding color in content area
