Adjust for index offset on hotkey selection #110

The other thing I note here is that we are letting the hotkeys get passed on to the geojs viewer, so 1 zooms out, 2 zooms to level 3, 3 zooms to level 6, etc. If the key is a hotkey we need to stop its propagation.
