@jagstein Can you please navigate to the directory in Girder and let me know:

  1. Are all/some/none of the images missing the Superpixel Epoch 0 annotation?
  2. Are any annotations or features missing from their directories? I believe there should be one tiff and one h5 file for each image in that directory.

Were any errors thrown that you noticed? I am surprised that the generation step completed with no errors if there are annotations missing... This makes me think there could be a bug in the UI somewhere. If you right-click on the screen and select inspect (or press F12) you should see the console - are there any errors there?

I was actually able to reproduce this by deleting one one the superpixel annotations for an image. As long as it is not the first image that I deleted it from then the images are loaded but the superpixel annotations are not. I will work on a fix for this case.

It would still be great to confirm that this (a missing annotation) is the problem that you are seeing as well and that this image was added after superpixel generation (otherwise there may be other issues at play here).
