Geo Filter for Query Builder #10

WIP

Ability to create a Geo Filter in the Query builder of a Communication.

Following abilities:

  1. Using a Map, create a radius or defined area that will filter the communication recipients by all records that fall within the defined area.
  2. The Field that is used for teh GIS data should be one of the fields defined in the table. Could be one of many addresses.
