[x] Implement #3
[x] Remove current Criteria selector
[x] CRUD for the query builder
[x] run query builder against the Entity to get recipient list
[x] Display the list of recipients in the Communication page
- [x] Dispaly as a datagrid
[ ] Try to show the querybuilder in a "ReadOnly" mode in the Communication View page (Or the SQL query otherwise)
