Using Homosaurus v.2 for current processing in DTA (high priority) #36

Hey, Steven. I am wondering whether we can switch over to using Homosaurus v.2 for all of our current processing? The board is in the middle of mapping v.1 to v.2 and LCSH, but that's a considerable project that will take some time. In the meantime, could the DTA begin using v.2? Thanks!
