Wordings "data_after_sig" error message and inclusion in README #44

The recently added error message "Data exists after signature" (see: https://github.com/DigitalTrustCenter/sectxt/blob/main/sectxt/__init__.py#L116):

  1. does not use "must" or "must not" like other error messages do (RFC2119);
  2. is not included in the tables of the README.

Text suggestion: "Signed security.txt must not contain data after the signature."
