Users will want to see the data in various output formats. What will the DD-API specification mention about output formats?

From a discussion with Geri: For the different types of data we could make one output format mandatory and support other output formats optionally, for example:

measurements: OMS
timeseries: TimeSeriesML
grids: CoverageJSON

Other formats that are supported by OGC: WaterML and netCDF/HDF5.
