Changing extension of leaflet files from css to scss. #16

This pull request changes the extension of files in the leaflet sass folder from css to scss.

I found this bug while trying to use the theme as a remote theme in GitHub pages. There was the following error:

File to import not found or unreadable: leaflet/leaflet. (Sass::SyntaxError).

Changing the extensions of this file and the others in the same folder solved the issue. I am successfully using the fixed version in a GitHub pages website: icsob2022.github.io.
