This is the bare bones layout of how my carousel page will look. So there should be no graphics at this time, but rather a grayscale of divs layered to show a background, a temporary div, centered, for where my image will go, the arrow icons, and the header/ footer

This step relies on #48-#50 to have a header/ footer, and #51 for the arrow graphics

Is there a way to automatically make new versions of these pages using angular? or does this require making a whole new page for each carousel image?
