Add license user-prompt only on the first time running Sonorium (don't prompt the user again after successfully registering dp.kinect)

PLUS: also advert user to the terms and conditions of dp.kinect license as well as providing a link to Dale's website

using a .txt file named "license", with contents: 0, "not registered" (for unregistered apps) OR 1, registered (for registered apps)
