I just get an error saying "unable to set working directory". From what I can tell when you select “Application without source files or elsewhere on the network” it doesn't copy to the .\Application folder. Maybe that's the issue?

@cringerjs Hi there, yes that's correct - "Application without source files or elsewhere on the network” doesn't create any folders. You'll need to create the folder [Your-Office-Install] in Applications and copy the Office installation files downloaded with the Office Deploy Tool to that folder.
