Hello Great Work... Can you add the offline installation of the RSAT tools? Not every environment has internet access.

I'm trying this on W11 23H2 machines and it just hangs and hangs half way through.. Any ideas?

@kmccb I just installed RSAT on my a new 23H2 install via the powershell command and aside from taking a long time, it completed successfully.
