wind 10 to win 7 still errors #3

I couldn't make the unzip and remove function work. Still orig 5 errors. After scan, comment was not formatted. I am a klutx, so maybe its me. thankks

[lonestranger@18/04/2016] Mon 18 Apr Lets try again. The point and clk does not work for me. When scanning now, the 5 remaining say; improperly coded. Printer, safe restore, music, anti virus(I don't know if there'e a # 5) don't work. Can you try aother approach, take this computer over and correct??? What if I load back windows 10, will my problems dissapear??? If I cannot, who do you recommend?? thanks lonestranger
