Website appears to have been hacked

Going to https://diligentgraphics.com/diligent-engine/architecture/d3d12/variable-size-memory-allocations-manager/ reveals the following:

1. SSL certificate is invalid.
2. There is some CDN anti-DDoS going on that I'm unfamiliar with. It could be legit but it felt sketchy.
3. There is injected HTML code:
